KSDK -- For more than a year, superintendents in
Missouri have received phone calls and e-mails from Homeland Security
testing an alert system. For one school district in Missouri Thursday,
for the first time, the messages were no test.
For administrators at the Francis Howell School District, the fact that
most students never knew of any alert Thursday meant that all went
according to plan.
